Our service uses Stripe for payment processing and Uploadcare for file uploads.

• Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer via Stripe.

• We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current.

5. Services

Composer Feedback provides professional composition review services. Key terms:

• Services are delivered digitally via email as PDF documents.
• Turnaround time is 72 hours (excluding weekends) from submission.
• Accepted file formats: mp3, wav, midi (up to 10 minutes in length).
• Compositions over 10 minutes require custom pricing - contact us first.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• We may limit orders by account, card, or billing address.
• We do not warrant that services will meet your specific expectations, but we guarantee professional, detailed feedback.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds once your composition has been submitted and assigned to a reviewer.

Payment is processed before submission to ensure service delivery. Once a reviewer begins work on your composition, the service has been rendered and refunds cannot be issued.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• We may limit orders by account, card, or billing address.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account details.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

• Stripe - Payment processing
• Uploadcare - File upload and storage

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. Use of such tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Third-Party Links

• Third-party content, products, or services may appear on our site.
• We are not responsible for evaluating, warranting, or being liable for third-party sites.
• Complaints or concerns about third-party products must be directed to the third party.

10. User Submissions and Intellectual Property

By submitting your composition to Composer Feedback:

• You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to your composition.
• You grant us limited permission to review and analyze your composition solely for the purpose of providing feedback.
• We will not share, publish, distribute, or use your composition for any purpose other than providing you with feedback.
• Your submitted files will be retained for 90 days after feedback delivery, then permanently deleted.
• You represent that you own or have permission to submit the composition.

11. Feedback Content

The feedback provided by our reviewers:

• Represents professional opinion and should not be considered definitive or absolute.
• Is intended for educational and improvement purposes.
• Should not be reproduced, published, or shared publicly without permission.
• Remains the intellectual property of Composer Feedback and the reviewing composer.

12. Personal Information

Submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

• Occasionally, the site may contain errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, descriptions).
• We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.
